The Joe Moore and Beth Chiquoine Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who meet the SUNY Empire Foundation's scholarship eligibility criteria, have documented financial need, an approved degree plan in place, and are within 60 credits of earning their bachelor's degree. Students currently pursuing an associate degree are not eligible to apply. Students may visit the scholarship's website or contact the Office of Financial Aid for more information.
