Description

The Joey Irwin Scholarship Scholarship was created to honor the life of Joey Irwin who passed away suddenly on April 17, 2017. Joey was an incredibly skilled Master plumber in the community. He lived and breathed his work and thought of most clients as family. Joey had a zest for life and a heart of gold. Applicants must be a senior at Frederick High School. They must wish to pursue a trade or vocational occupation. Applicants must answer five short answer questions and submit a 2-3 minute video as part of their online application.
