Description

The John and Alice Dillard Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Tillamook County high schools located in the present boundaries of Neah-Kah-Nie School District No. 56. Applicants must have a high school GPA of 2.50 or higher. Financial need may or may not be considered, so filing of FAFSA is recommended.
