Description

The John and Alice Dillard Memorial Scholarship is for graduates of Tillamook County high schools located in the present boundaries of Neah-Kah-Nie School District No. 56. Financial need may or may not be considered; FAFSA filing is recommended. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
