The John H.P. Maley Clinical Impact Lectureship Award acknowledges and honors a physical therapist who has made a significant contribution to the profession in clinical practice. Nominees must be physical therapists who are current members in good standing of the association. Nominees must demonstrate a recognized and significant contribution to physical therapy in clinical practice; and acknowledged skills in the organization and presentation of written or oral communications and the ability to present a worthy lecture. A strong application should demonstrate a track record and sustained contributions in any area of clinical practice; and ability to present a noteworthy lecture. Nomination or self-nomination statement must be submitted to begin the process. Then, the nominee must submit their current curriculum vitae or resume; online application; and three support statements obtained from individuals who can specifically address one or more of the criteria for selection.
