John Lamar Cooper Scholarship

Description

The John Lamar Cooper Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Hood River County accredited high schools. High school seniors must have a 3.00 GPA or higher; college students must have a 2.50 GPA or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
