The Jonathan Ormson Memorial Award in Science and Technology was named in memory of AU team member Jonathan Ormson, who had a renowned passion for service and continuous learning. Jonathan was known for his unwavering dedication to AU learners as well as to the community of Athabasca, Alberta. The Jonathan Ormson Memorial Award in Science and Technology is intended to recognize and support AU undergraduate learners enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program. Applicants must have successfully completed 3 AU credits towards a program of study. Students are eligible to receive the award one time only.
