Description

The Jonathan Weingold Scholarship is presented annually to full-time Chapter employees who wish to further their education with the intention of contributing to the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. The scholarship is paid in two installments of $1,500, one per semester. The funds must be claimed within a four-year period from the time the scholarship is awarded. Student applicants must be actively employed full-time by a Chapter of The Arc New York. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits hours per semester. One signed letter of recommendation from an Academic Instructor must be submitted. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact The Arc New York for more information.
