The Judy K. Rupert Memorial Scholarship Fund is available to Montoursville Area High School graduating seniors. The award may be given to one male student and one female student. Applicants must attend an accredited institution of higher education and exemplify the qualities of school spirit, love of life, and sincere concern for others.
