The Kahla Roberts Latta/St. Louis Alumnae Chapter scholarship is awarded to a sophomore or junior collegian member of the Fraternity with a permanent address in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year. If no applicants meet this criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the academic year. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
