Applicant must have attended a Portland public elementary school or Wallowa High School. Career field: K-12 teaching. Preference to applicants who will enroll as college sophomores or above for fall term/semester. FAFSA: Required - based on financial need. Additional requirement: Specify elementary school(s) attended (all applicants). February 15 is the Early Bird Deadline. Error-free applications will be entered into a drawing for one of several $1,000 Early Bird scholarships. If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, that deadline will automatically be extended to 5:00 p.m. (PST) on the following business day.
