If there are no eligible law applicants, the scholarship will be awarded to an alumna member with post-undergraduate work experience returning to school for any graduate degree. If still no one qualifies, it will go to any alumna member returning to school for a graduate degree. If no alumnae qualify, it will be awarded to a senior collegian or alumna pursuing a graduate degree. If no applicants meet any of these criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to a collegian or alumna member pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the academic year.
