The Katherine Futrell Memorial Endowed Scholarship provides assistance for students with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Priority is given to a student from the college's School of Health Professions demonstrating financial need. Applicants must provide the names and email addresses of three persons willing to provide recommendations for them. At least one recommendation must be a Virginia Western instructor, if the applicant is enrolled at the college. If recently attending or graduated from high school, applicants may use a high school teacher(s) to provide recommendations.
