The Kathryn Hughes Seaber Educational Impact Scholarship is open to incoming full-time, first-year students who have been accepted for admission at Shippensburg University and are pursuing an undergraduate degree in education administered by the College of Education and Human Services. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, demonstrate a passion for helping others through volunteer service and extracurricular activities, and demonstrate financial need.
