The Katie Moore Memorial Nursing Scholarship is awarded to a deserving student who has completed the first two years of college in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. In memory of Katie Moore, the scholarship gives preference for students planning to specialize in pediatric nursing and those applicants with experience working with ill children and their families. Applicants must have graduated from a high school in Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan or Grant County. They must have completed the first 2 years of college toward a BS degree in nursing with a minimum 3.5 GPA or enrolled in an RN to BSN bridge program at an accredited college or university in the United States.
