Keep Flying International Scholarship

Description

The Keep Flying International Scholarship was created after 9/11 to offer an intermediate level flight scholarship. This scholarship is open to WAI members worldwide. One scholarship will be awarded to an individual working on a fixed-wing aircraft instrument, commercial, multi-engine, or flight instructor certificate. Candidates must hold a private pilot certificate and have at least 100 hours of flight time. In addition, they must have passed all written exams for the certificate sought that is required by the aviation authority in their country. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. Two professional letters of recommendation are required. Letters may not be from family members.
