Description

The Keith J. O'Connell Memorial Scholarship Endowment is open to students who are members of the Kappa Alpha Order and in good standing. Students must be currently serving or aspiring to serve as first responders or members of the U.S. Military. Should there be no qualified applicant within Kappa Alpha Order, or should Kappa Alpha Order no longer be a recognized organization at JMU, secondary preference will be given to students who meet the remaining criteria.
