Description

The Kerdragon Scholarship will be awarded to graduates, including GED recipients, of Oregon high schools who have not yet attended college. Preference will be given to students with a high school GPA of 3.00 or higher. Applicants must major in fine arts, graphic arts, or photography. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is required. Semi-finalists will be required to submit non-returnable slides of photos of art samples or film or video of other artistic endeavors.
