Each year ANNA recognizes and rewards outstanding achievement in areas such as clinical practice, education, management, quality care, research, and collaboration. The New to Nephrology Practice Award, sponsored by Kibow Biotech, Inc., aims to recognize outstanding excellence displayed by an ANNA member who is new to nephrology nursing practice. The nominee can either be nominated by someone else or self-nominated. Candidates must be a current full member of ANNA, in good standing, for a period of more than 1 year but less than 5 years in nephrology nursing. The candidates must have obtained a BSN or higher.
