Description

The Lake Fork Fishing Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior who will attend any college in the United States. Applicants must participate in the fishing team their senior year. Applicants must submit two references, one reference must have had in classroom experience with the applicant. Applicants must also submit a list of extracurricular and community service activities including hours, week, and year involved.
