Description

The Laurie Malcom Memorial Scholarship is for graduates of Pendleton High School. Preference will be given to female students. Financial need may or may not be considered; FAFSA filing is required. Please contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
