Norbert J. "Nobby" Lewandowski received the first baseball scholarship at Kent State. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kent State and a Master's from Case Western Reserve University. Nobby passed the CPA exam in 1964. In 1970, he founded an accounting firm and ultimately led the firm to place among the "Top 25 Largest Accounting Firms in Ohio." Nobby sold his firm to his senior employees in 1992. In 2008, the 100th anniversary of the OSCPA, he was named one of "Ohio's Most Influential CPAs." He now devotes his time to motivational speaking, outside business ventures, and as an advisor to many businesses.
