Description

The Liberty Legacy Foundation Award is given annually by the Organization of American Historians to the author of the best book by a historian on the civil rights struggle from the beginnings of the nation to the present. Each entry must be published during the period January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. One copy of each entry, clearly labeled "2023 Liberty Legacy Foundation Award Entry," must be mailed directly to the committee members. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
