Description

The Lloyd M. Cofer Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen from a Detroit high school who have previously exemplified in high school and pledged a continued commitment at Central Michigan University to academic achievement, community service, enhancing diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. This scholarship recognizes a select few Detroit high school graduates for their dedication to the advancement of underrepresented groups in America. As a student enrolled full-time in courses on campus, you will receive $4,125 per academic year for up to four consecutive years. In addition, this scholarship can be added to the Maroon and Gold Merit Award. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
