The Lloyd W. Coombe DTE Energy Scholarship is available to any full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled at Michigan Tech who possesses at least a 2.50 GPA, or any student who is accepted for admission to the University with an equivalent GPA from the transferee high school, college, or university as a full-time undergraduate student. Applicants must also be a son or daughter of either (1) an active employee of DTE Energy, (2) a retired employee of The Detroit Edison Company or DTE Energy, or (3) a deceased active or deceased retired employee of The Detroit Edison Company or DTE Energy, is eligible. Children of current officers and directors of the Foundation are not eligible to apply for a scholarship from the Lloyd W. Coombe Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund.
