The Lois Manley, K7LMZ, and Randall Pitchford, WW7ZZ, Scholarship will be awarded to those with active Technician Class License or higher. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must be residents of the ARRL Northwestern Division, with preference given to residents of Oregon.
