Louis, Mary, Rose and Dr. William Finkelstein Scholarship is for graduates of a Waterbury public high school (Crosby, Wilby, Kennedy, Arts Magnet School, or Career Academy), residing in Waterbury, that have maintained an academic average of 85 or better.

Eligibility Requirements
