Description

The Louisiana Memorial Scholarship will be given to those with active Technician Class License or higher. Applicants must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year. Applicants must demonstrate interest in promoting Amateur Radio. Preference will be given to an ARRL member. Preference will also be given to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates.
