Description

The Loyola University New Orleans TOPS Scholarship aims to support Louisiana residents who graduate from Louisiana High Schools. TOPS money can be used by Louisiana students to assist in tuition payments at private colleges in Louisiana. Each year, the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance updates TOPS requirements and collects information from students, high schools, and colleges to determine eligibility for the award. To be considered for TOPS, the student must attend a Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) approved high school. All Louisiana public schools are approved. Students have two options to apply for TOPS: the TOPS Online Application or the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
