The Lucinda H. Greene Scholarship shall be awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior collegian member of Phi deuteron-Stanford University who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. In the event Phi deuteron is disestablished and ceases to exist, the scholarship shall be awarded to a collegian member of a college chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta as designated by the Founding Contributor in a revised gift agreement. If the Founding Contributor does not designate a particular chapter upon disestablishment of Phi deuteron, the scholarship shall be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who is qualified under the Foundation's then current general scholarship criteria. A recommendation from a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and a recommendation from an academic or professional reference are required.
