Lindy Segall, a Fredericksburg resident, has led several small business enterprises over the past four decades. He is passionate about education, the arts, and supporting local students' success. The Lucky Lindy Segall Scholarship Fund was established to support the education of students who are graduating from Fredericksburg High School and Harper High School. Selection of recipients is based on personal achievement, as well as financial need. One scholarship is offered to each of the two high schools.
