The Luther J. Stallings, Jr. and Elizabeth A. Stallings Memorial are available to students who are "born-again, pursuing a conscientious relationship with God, through the Lord Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit." Preference is given to Virginia domiciliary residence. There is also intent to provide at least one of the awards to an international student. Need is a consideration, as derived from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
