The Lyle & Helen Ostrander Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Wheeler County high schools. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. Financial need may or may not be considered but filing of FAFSA is still required. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
