The Madeline Pickett (Halbert) Cogswell Nursing Scholarship is awarded to two students who are accepted or enrolled in an accredited school of nursing. Applicants must be a DAR member, a descendant of a DAR member, or eligible for membership in DAR. The cited DAR memberÔÇÖs name and national membership number must appear included in the application.
