Description

The Madison Charitable Fund will be awarded to graduates of Elkton, North Douglas, Oakland, or Yoncalla High School. Preference will be given to graduates of Elkton High School. High school seniors must have a 3.00 GPA or higher; college students must have a 2.50 GPA or higher. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years.
