Description

The MAES Scholarship Program was established to increase the number of Latino students completing their higher education goals and are awarded to student members in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. All applicants must be MAES Members in good standing. Students on internship/co-op must show proof of enrollment in the internship/co-op program. Students enrolled in community colleges must be enrolled in transferable majors to an institution offering BS/BA Degrees. A letter of recommendation from a professor or someone in academia must be submitted. Please contact the Scholarship Program - Chapter and Membership Committee for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

  • CheckmarkMust attend a university, a four-year college or two-year college
  • CheckmarkMust be at least 18 years old
  • CheckmarkRestricted by race for Hispanic students
  • CheckmarkMust not be attending high school currently
  • CheckmarkMust study full-time
  • CheckmarkRestricted to students studying Engineering/Technology, Mathematics, Science, Technology, and Society
  • CheckmarkRestricted by ethnic heritage: Hispanic, Latin American/Caribbean
