Description

The Malcolm Kyser Memorial NESA Scholarship applies to cadets attending National Emergency Services Academy (NESA). Applicants must be vetted by the NESA staff and should have an interest in communications. Activity Scholarship applicants must be a current active CAP Cadet in good standing during and throughout the year.
