The MALSCE Survey Certificate Program Scholarship will be awarded to those accepted in a Survey Certificate Program in an accredited school, either online or in person classes. Applicants must have completed 3 credit hours in the Certificate Program. A letter of recommendation by a qualified sponsor is required. A sponsor(s) must be a department head, dean, professor, or teacher who has personal knowledge of the applicant. An applicant's employer may also be a sponsor.
