Description

The Margaret F. Moore Foundation Scholarship will be awarded to a student who is a resident of Delaware, preferably Sussex County. Other counties will be considered if no Sussex County applicants exist. Applicants must be accepted at an accredited college or university, preferably in Delaware, to initiate a course of study in Elementary or Secondary Education. Other colleges or universities outside Delaware will be considered if no Delaware institutions are proclaimed. This is a 4-year award.
