Established by the family of Maria McCarthy Ringwood to honor her memory and love of theater, the Maria E. McCarthy Ringwood Memorial Scholarship is available to Roy C. Ketcham High School and Our Lady of Lourdes High School college-bound graduating seniors who have actively participated in theater in school. Applicants must submit two current letters of recommendation from teachers or guidance counselors, clergy or persons other than family members who are familiar with the applicant's skills and abilities. One letter of recommendation must be from the theater director at the applicant's school. These letters must have been written within the last six months.
