Description

The Martha and John Scarbrough Scholarship is meant to aid students who have a financial need that is not met by other available state or federal aid packages. Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) credit hours. Students who receive federal aid and state aid that covers full tuition costs may not be eligible for this scholarship.
