Description

The MATRA Scholarship provides a one-time award of $7,500 to students entering their junior year of college, university, technical school, or community college, with part-time students eligible if enrolled in at least nine credit hours. Applicants must be current MATRA members or immediate family members, with dues paid in full for two consecutive years. Selection is based on academic achievement and community service, with preference given to those pursuing a career in the Special Event and Tent Industry. Recipients may reapply annually for up to three years based on GPA.
