Description

The Maurice and Gladys Hallmark Scholarship will be awarded to graduates of Douglas County high schools. This scholarship is not open to graduating high school seniors. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of five years. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
