The Mayor Roy Maness Local Government Endowment is available to graduate students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program in the Department of Government and Justice Studies within the College of Arts and Sciences who demonstrate an interest in Town, City, and County Management to the satisfaction of the scholarship selection committee. Further, preference should accrue to those students who have achieved a satisfactory academic standing (minimum 3.0 grade point average).
