Description

The New School offers competitive scholarships of up to 75 percent of tuition costs to qualified permanent New York City government employees who are entering part-time students in the Schools of Public Engagement's master's degree programs. The Mayor's Graduate Scholarship is awarded for the duration of a student's registration in the program as long as the student takes at least six credits each semester and makes satisfactory academic progress. Applications are available from the Mayor's Scholarship Program, Office of the Mayor, City Hall, New York, NY 10007. Applicants must submit a letter of intent with their application to be eligible for the scholarship. They must submit their application through their Agency Personnel Office.
