Description

The MCH Scholarship Fund will be awarded to children of employees of EyeHealth Northwest's East Portland Pod, Retina Group, Eastside Surgery Center, Gresham Eye Clinic, Providence Plaza Office, Milwaukie Business Office, and Eastside Optical Offices and Lab. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors (including home-schooled students and GED recipients), or prior high school graduates (or equivalent) enrolled in an undergraduate course of study. Financial need may or may not be considered, so filing of FAFSA is still recommended. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of five years.
