Description

For children of employees of EyeHealth NorthwestÔÇÖs East Portland Pod, Retina Group, Eastside Surgery Center, Gresham Eye Clinic, Providence Plaza Office, Milwaukie Business Office, and Eastside Optical Offices and Lab. Graduating high school seniors (including home-schooled students and GED recipients), prior high school graduates (or equivalent) enrolled in undergraduate course of study. FAFSA: Recommended - financial need may or may not be considered. February 15 is the Early Bird Deadline. Error-free applications will be entered into a drawing for one of several $1,000 Early Bird scholarships. If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, that deadline will automatically be extended to 5:00 p.m. (PST) on the following business day.
