Fellowships available for African-American and Hispanic students pursuing their Ph.D. at one of the participating Florida institutions. Must be a full-time student. Must obtain a degree in the arts and sciences, mathematics, business, engineering, etc. and agree to seek a professional position at a four-year Florida university.
