For graduates of the following Portland public alternative high schools: Alliance, Alpha, Centennial Learning, Centennial Park, Helensview, Meek Pro Tech, Portland Night, Reynolds Learning, and Vocational Village. Colleges (preference): Clackamas, Mt. Hood, and Portland Community College. February 15 is the Early Bird Deadline. Error-free applications will be entered into a drawing for one of several $1,000 Early Bird scholarships. If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, that deadline will automatically be extended to 5:00 p.m. (PST) on the following business day.
