Only School of Journalism and Mass Communication majors are eligible to apply for the Michael Harrington McKinney Scholarship Fund. The application to apply is open the first two weeks of every December. Preference in selection is given to minority students in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a strong interest in journalism or broadcast journalism.
