Description

The Michael Kidger Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student engaged in optical design including lens design, illumination design, and computational optical design. Candidates must be a Ph.D. student of optical design, where the term 'optical design' is meant to include lens design, illumination design, and computational optical design. Candidates must meet the entry criteria for the chosen course of study or research. Candidates must have at least one year after the award to complete their chosen course of study. Two recommendations are required.
