Description

The Mildred E. Kelly Scholarship Fund is available to Montoursville Area High School graduating seniors. Applicants must be those who have performed well but who have, in the opinion of the teachers and administrators, unrealized potential for academic excellence. These students should not receive more than two other awards or scholarships at graduation.
