Description

The Mildred E. Kelly Scholarship Fund is open to Montoursville Area High School graduating seniors who have performed well but, in the opinion of the teachers and administrators, have unrealized potential for academic excellence. Applicants should not receive more than two other awards or scholarships at graduation.
